Welcome Service
For years, the GFFB has actively contributed to the promotion of a welcome culture in the city of Frankfurt. The Welcome Service guest advisors are active in the arrival areas of Frankfurt Airport and welcome travelers from all over the world arriving in different languages on behalf of the city of Frankfurt. The participants provide information about current events in the city and help with information gathering. The Welcome Service has also been cooperating with Messe Frankfurt since 2014. You will find us at the Book Fair, the Music Fair and many other events, where we are available to the interested public with information about the city of Frankfurt.
We look forward to participants with foreign language skills who can be of great help to international guests with orientation in the city. It is our goal that guests of the city feel comfortable and experience the internationality of Frankfurt as soon as they arrive or during their stay.
As part of the Frankfurt labor market program, participants are also offered additional qualifications.
